Dan Krystallis has spent more than two decades building a distinguished career in the fields of communications and organizational development.

Upon completing his Masters Degree from Teachers College at Columbia University, Dan joined the consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers developing innovative training programs for some of the firm’s highest-profile clients. He then went to Accenture where he continued to design and implement global training programs that leveraged video communications and emerging web-based learning technology.

Dan moved on from the consulting industry to become Organizational Capability Manager at Pepsi Bottling Group. While at Pepsi, Dan led the development of some of the organization’s most ambitious performance improvement initiatives, including sales, service, performance management, and leadership development.

Since leaving the corporate world in 2004, Dan has continued to deliver inventive training and communication programs for a diverse range of clients and recognized within the industry (Creative Summit, Communicator, and Telly Awards) for his work developing groundbreaking media solutions.

Dan lives in Bronxville, NY with his wife and three children.

Christopher Ming Ryan has been producing and directing original video content for a variety of clients since 1989. His past includes: performing, producing independent film, and creating a number of best selling home videos.

In the late 80's, Chris turned his focus toward producing corporate communications as a manager at R.H. Macy and Co, Inc, and as Producer at Brainstorm Productions (NYC). In 1995, AT&T Public Relations in Basking Ridge, NJ hired Chris as staff manager in their Creative Services department.

After AT&T, Chris grew TimeLine Video (Irvington, NY) from a post-production facility into a full service end-to-end production company working with clients as diverse as American Standard, Lucent, Pepsi Bottling Group, Concert, and Spencer Trask among others.

After graduating from Wesleyan University, Chris performed as a stand-up comic working in NYC clubs. In terms of delivering a message with impact and desired results, he considers it the best training he could have ever had.

Chris lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
